Injection Moulding
Injection Moulding runs the 14-machine moulding hall at Dandenong South on three shifts. Setters change dies and establish the process from the setting sheet, operators run and inspect parts, and the team manages material drying, regrind, finishing and packing against job cards.
What the team is accountable for
- Set dies and establish processes from setting sheets under lock out
- Run first-off approval before every production run
- Operate machines, robots and ancillary equipment safely
- Dry, feed and regrind materials to specification
- Finish, inspect and pack parts against job cards
